Great news! - The tax issue with MPAC is closed and we are currently locked in to a 55% increase over four years which is a huge gain on the initial impact of over 2000%Many thanks to all who contributed their time and efforts to see this conclusion

On the Youth project front - we have started with the rowing program to see a wonderful turn-out and very eager youth to sample what is perceived to be the elitist sport of scull- rowing - for free!! Well done to those who have put in the time to see the efforts come to fruition. August is the time frame for youth sailing in the Albacore program.

Lease update: - We are moving closer to a conclusion. After the initial meeting with the City in June, we are preparing a response that will see alignment addressing our needs, as discussed at the stakeholders meetings with Waterfront Toronto in past meetings, within the framework of the Lake Ontario Park draft master plan.
